Although LifeGuard personnel are among the best that you can find, the fact is that in the midst of a crisis or emergency a person alone and by themselves are limited in how effective and quickly they can attend those in need.

Training and maintaining a Medical Emergency Response Team helps to resolve that challenge.

Employing this program on other locations, the difference between emergencies with a MERT and without a MERT are night and day.

Even before completion of the entire program, by the time members of the team are even ¼ of the way through the training program, commendations were provided from outside emergency response professionals.

The program required weekly training sessions, each session focused on a single training module. With approximately 26 training modules, the depth and capacity of the MERT is significant.

The training modules range include airway and breathing emergency care, emergency wound care, cardiac emergencies, environmental and poisoning emergencies, spinal immobilization techniques, and helicopter landing zone officer training and radio operations training, just to name a few of the training modules that take a single professional and make a cohesive and impressive addition to any workplace.

LifeGuard deeply committed to setting everyone up for success, and this is a pinnacle part of the plan to achieve the maximum success possible.
